KWA Construction recently commenced work on an expansion of the urban infill apartment complex Brick Row, located at 744 Brick Row in Richardson, Texas. Brick Row North will include a total of 77 new units. Budgeted at $6.5 million, Brick Row North’s one- and two-bedroom apartments are scheduled for completion in August 2013.

Located near the DART Light Rail System, the Brick Row gated community includes two resort-style pools, a coffee bar, 24-hour fitness center, Wi-Fi bar with lounge seating, and conference and media center. The property is situated close to the two-acre McKamy Park.

Most of Brick Row North’s loft-style apartments will feature granite countertops, a kitchen island, washer and dryer, oversized closets, large soaking tubs and a fireplace. The new construction will provide a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, totaling 77 additional apartments for Brick Row.
